If you ever have friends or guests over be prepared for your guest's car to be towed away or to have a bright orange sticker right on the driver side window. The management is predatory especially with enforcing guest parking and there are 0 visitor parking onsite.

|Recommended: NoSick of surrounding neighbors — When they have no regard for keeping quiet, so be it but a favor needs to be returned.
|Recommended: YesNewly constructed apartment with modern amenities. Friendly community and maintenance staff who are always ready to help. This apartment has gas cooking available in Kitchen. Close by many accessible points for groceries and basic needs.
|Recommended: YesBathroom vent — So far everything is great except I found the bathroom vent fan seems not controlled by residents so it is constantly running on and off, which can be a little bit noisy not a major concern though .

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Just been here a week. Move in process was perfect. No issues. All the apps work. Parking is good with plenty of spots. Trash room. Is clean and no odors. Unit came with free portable ac unit which has been a life saver. There is an Amazon locker downstairs in the lobby
